Burwarton Show has a new Membership process for 2025. You can apply here, online, or by calling the Show Office. Please ensure that you provide all the requested information, including the names of all Members on your application. The new Membership cards will be printed with the Member’s name. In July, Member’s Parking Passes will be emailed and Member packs will be mailed.
On paying for your online Membership order, the invoice will look a little odd. This is because the ‘ticket’ part of your Membership is vatable and the balance is zero rated. All is well! On arrival at the Show, please enter via the Member’s shute. Your card will be scanned and you should collect a lanyard or badge clip. You will also need to scan your card on entry to the Member’s Pavilion.
NOTE: Member’s Guest badges WILL NOT be available on Show Day. Please encourage your family and friends to purchase their Membership in advance – it is much cheaper!
Direct Debit Members do not need to do anything. Your debit will be adjusted accordingly. If we do not have the correct names for your Membership cards, you can email with all the information or we will call you, whichever comes first.
PLEASE keep your Membership card safe for 2026. It will be reactivated when your subscription has been paid. There will be a £5 charge for each reissued card.

Membership of the Society is an expression of interest and support in the aims and objectives of Burwarton & District Agricultural Society and includes the right to attend, take part in and vote at the Annual General Meeting. The Society will make no refund of membership subscriptions in the event of a Show being cancelled for whatever reason.
