You can apply for Burwarton Show Membership here online, or by calling the Show Office. Please ensure that you provide all the requested information, including the names of all Members on your application. The Membership cards are printed with the Member’s name. In July, Member’s Parking Passes will be emailed and new Member packs will be mailed.

If you bought Membership online for 2025, you can return to your account on Showing Scene and simply renew your Membership. When you have paid, your Membership will be reactivated to enable your card to be scanned at the gate and the Member’s Pavilion.

On arrival at the Show, please enter via the Member’s shute. Your card will be scanned and you should collect a lanyard or badge clip. You will also need to scan your card on entry to the Member’s Pavilion.

NOTE: Member’s Guest badges WILL NOT be available on Show Day. Please encourage your family and friends to purchase their Membership in advance – it is much cheaper!

Direct Debit Members do not need to do anything. Your debit will be adjusted accordingly. If we do not have the correct names for your Membership cards, you can email with all the information or we will call you, whichever comes first.

We hope that you have kept your Membership card in a safe place. There will be a £5 charge for each reissued card. Replacement cards will be issued until 20 July 2026. Late replacements will have to be collected from the Show Office. There will be NO issuing of Membership cards on Show Day.

Membership of the Society is an expression of interest and support in the aims and objectives of Burwarton & District Agricultural Society, Registered Charity No: 518459. Membership includes the right to attend, take part in and vote at the Annual General Meeting as well as use of the Member’s Pavilion on Show Day. The Society will make no refund of membership subscriptions in the event of a Show being cancelled or change in personal circumstances, for whatever reason.
